14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. This also applies to reduced items.
How to return your goods
- Notify us of your cancellation – by email to info@delalo.de, by letter or online via Cancel contract.
- Send the goods within 14 days of your notification to: DELALO, Zur Jenfelder Au 21, 22045 Hamburg.
- You bear the direct cost of the return.
Refund
We will refund the purchase price, including standard shipping costs, no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation, using the same payment method you used to pay. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof that you have sent them back.
