Ordering and payment
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay with PayPal, credit or debit card, Klarna and Link. Depending on your device, Apple Pay or Google Pay are also available for card payments.
Do I need a customer account?
No. You can also order without a customer account. With an account, you can view your orders and your wish list at any time.
Shipping and delivery
How long does delivery take?
Within Germany 1–3 working days, to Austria 3–6 working days. For deliveries to Switzerland, the delivery time depends on customs clearance.
How much does shipping cost?
In Germany, shipping is free for orders of €29.00 or more; below that, we charge €3.99. Shipping to Austria costs €6.99 and to Switzerland €9.99. You can find all the details under Shipping costs.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We ship from Hamburg with DHL, Deutsche Post or UPS.
Are customs duties or taxes payable on deliveries to Switzerland?
Deliveries to Switzerland are made without German VAT. Swiss VAT, customs duties and fees may be charged on import, which you bear as the recipient.
Returns and cancellation
Can I return items?
Yes. As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods – including for reduced items. You bear the direct cost of the return. Full details can be found in our cancellation policy.
How do I cancel my order?
By email to info@delalo.de, by letter or online via Cancel contract. You will receive an email confirming receipt.
When will I get my money back?
No later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation, using the same payment method you used to pay. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof that you have sent them back.
My item arrived damaged. What now?
Please contact us at info@delalo.de with your order number and a photo. Your statutory warranty rights apply.

What are your ring boxes made of?
Our ring boxes and ring cases are available in velvet, faux leather or wood – many with built-in LED lighting that illuminates the ring as you open the box. You can find the exact materials and dimensions on each product page.
What are your dice cups made of?
